Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed after receiving your product, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please let us know of your intention to return an item using our contact form or by responding to your order confirmation email. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee which will be deducted, along with the original shipping cost, from your refund.

Downloaded plans and drawings are not eligible for a refund.

In the case that glass has been broken in shipment, please let us know as soon as you receive your order by responding to your order confirmation with attached photos of the broken glass and we will send you replacement glass.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Items purchased on sale shall be credited using the sale amount.


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use our contact form to notify us of your intention to return the item including photo evidence of the defect. Once we have approved the replacement, we will send you a return shipping label. Once we have received the item and confirmed its defect, we will send you a replacement.

    To return your product, you should mail your product to: Firespeaking, 89242 Fir Butte Rd., Eugene, OR 97402.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
