The 5-Run is a symmetrical top-venting masonry heater. The 45 lb. capacity firebox is capable of delivering 10,000 BTU/hr with one batch firing a day and up to 30,000 BTU with two full loads and a half fired in the morning and evening.
It is a base design which serves many variations and can serve as the main design for a firm wanting to specialize in masonry heaters.
