These kits contain all of the specialty items you need including castable refractory parts, hardware, gasketing and instructions to efficiently build a state-of-the-art masonry heater. The kit is shipped to you on one pallet and combined with firebrick and facing masonry from a local masonry yard.

The firebox is the "engine" of the masonry heater. This firebox includes the following features:
|
- replaceable firebox lining
- a combination of primary air and secondary air injection resulting in very clean combustion
- clean ash management with grate and drawer below
- easy switching between outside and room air for combustion
- one batch load is about 45 lbs. of firewood which can provide ~10,000 BTU/hr over 24 hours. The heater can be fired up to twice daily with 1.5 loads resulting in 30,000 BTU/hr over 24 hours.

We are publishing stock heat exchange plans which allow for very clear project planning and execution. We also offer our design services for custom projects with custom heat exchange pathways.
