The Masonry Heater Association (MHA) Annual Meeting continues to be a seminal gathering point for masonry heater and oven builders from the United States and Canada. The focal point of the meeting are the three days of hands-on workshops designed to meet you where you are at in your masonry heater building journey. There were beginning, intermediate, and advanced projects as well as two ovens we built and cooked with.

It is easy in today’s world to get removed from a craft. There is so much digital media and complexities in business that can distract us from the crafts that we love. Going to a gathering like this helps to reinvigorate our passion and connect us with colleagues who we can share our journeys with.

We're going to try to fire emails more regularly that are short, sweet, and true to their subject line rather than build towards a newsletter with an overwhelming amount of content. We'll see how it goes! :)
