We love how this heater demonstrates what’s possible when a flexible design system is brought to life by creative minds and skillful hands. Tony and Claire requested a masonry heater design that included a baking oven, heated benches, and the possibility to heat hot water. We supplied them with the technical design and all of the specialty parts they needed. We were impressed to see the creativity that they applied to the facing which exemplifies what is possible with a custom masonry heater.

Here is a view of the technical core design we provided. It includes two parallel 20' long heat exchange channels that allows their work of art to capture the heat generated by the fire and be an efficient thermal battery which heats their home.
